Why I built papakow.com — my own platform, no middlemen
I still stream on Twitch, Kick and YouTube. But this is the place that's actually mine: no ads, memberships fund the stream directly, and nobody can switch it off.
You're reading this on a website I own. That sounds like a small thing. It isn't.
Why does a streamer need his own website?
For years everything I made lived on someone else's platform. Twitch decides what's allowed, YouTube decides what gets shown, Kick decides the split. That's fine until it isn't — one policy change, one wrong strike, and the audience you spent years building is on the other side of a locked door.
papakow.com is my answer to that. The stream is the first thing you see. Chat from Twitch, Kick and YouTube lands in one feed, alongside people chatting right here. Clips, the schedule, the journal you're reading, the Discord — all under one roof, all in sync with the ClutchBot engine that runs my streams.
Where does the money go?
If you become a member here, the money comes to me. The only cut is the card processing fee (Stripe takes roughly 3%). There's no platform sitting in the middle taking 30–50%. Every dollar funds better streams: games, gear, the Discord, giveaways.
I'll be transparent about that on the membership page. You should always know what you're paying for.
Is this replacing Twitch, Kick and YouTube?
No. I'm still live on all three, every stream. Those platforms are where people find new streamers, and I'm not walking away from that. Think of papakow.com as home base — the place that stays standing whatever happens out there.
What can you do here?
- Watch ad-free. Pure gameplay. No pre-rolls, no mid-rolls.
- Sign in with what you've already got — Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord or Steam. No new password.
- Follow me and you're in the PapaKow ecosystem: an invite to The Clutch Club Discord, the live-ping role, the monthly draw.
- Use the tiles under the player — vote on my loadout, queue a song, add a video to the watch lineup. Everything you do shows up in chat on every platform through ClutchBot.
What's next?
The site is going to grow every week: a hub page for every game I play, with the loadouts I actually run and answers to the questions people keep asking. Clips from every platform in one place. A journal of how this whole thing goes.
If you've made it this far — thanks. Follow me here, join the Discord, and I'll see you on the next stream.
You gotta stay gaming.
