Karl to my mates. Brisbane FPS streamer, day job by day, live every night from 6 and from 12:30pm on weekends. This is my own platform — here's why it exists.
I'm Karl, from Brisbane. I've got a regular day job and a thing for first-person shooters that never really went away. PapaKow is what I do with the evenings and weekends: I go live every weeknight from 6 pm and from 12:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and I play FPS games with whoever turns up.
Right now that's WARDOGS — the 100-player, three-team control-zone shooter that's been my best content by a mile — plus The Finals, Bodycam, Arc Raiders, Battlefield 6 and Helldivers 2 when the squad wants a co-op night. I'm not a pro. I'm a decent player who talks to chat, tries whatever loadout you vote for, and stays on until the clutch happens or the squad falls over. You gotta stay gaming.
The audience is about half Australian and half American, which works out well: Aussie evenings are US mornings, so the chat is never dead and the Discord always has someone in it. That community is The Clutch Club.
Streaming on Twitch, Kick and YouTube means three chats, three sets of rules, three companies between me and the people watching, and ads in front of my stream that I don't control and mostly don't get paid for. So I built my own place.
I still stream to Twitch, Kick and YouTube — that's where people find me. But if you want the best seat in the house, it's here.
Sponsored segments, product integrations and giveaways for a 25–44 male FPS audience across Australia and the US — on an independent platform with real numbers on request. Streamers: collabs welcome.
A short list, every deal disclosed on its page. The only link that credits me is the Join button on each one.
PapaKow is Karl — an FPS streamer from Brisbane, Australia. He works a normal day job and streams every day — weeknights from 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 pm until late (Brisbane time), playing games like WARDOGS, The Finals and Bodycam with a community called The Clutch Club.
Both, plus YouTube — but the main stream is on his own site, papakow.com. It's the same live feed on every platform; papakow.com is ad-free and has the site chat, loadout votes and music requests. Twitch: twitch.tv/papakow. Kick: kick.com/papakow. YouTube: @papakoww.
Three reasons: no ads for viewers, memberships that go 100% to the stream instead of a platform taking a cut, and one home for a community that's split across Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Discord. Karl owns the content, the chat and the relationship with his audience.
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Stream times are in Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10) — there's no daylight saving in Queensland, so they never move. About half the audience is in Australia and half in the United States.
Watch on papakow.com, join The Clutch Club Discord, and if you want to chip in, take out a membership on papakow.com — every dollar goes into the stream. Following on Twitch, Kick and YouTube helps too.
